January 20th - The day that changed my life

7 years ago today....

I laid in a hospital bed, 25 weeks pregnant and at risk of delivering my little boy. I had several different complications and due to his own complications... if he was born, he had a 1% chance of survival.

However, just like today... Jaxson has his own plans and he is not about to be told that he cant do something.

Every time I look back on what we all went through, I cant help but smile. One of the hardest times of my life, turned into one of the biggest blessings! It was hard, I cant even begin to put into words the things he went through and we went through emotionally.

No one would have ever imagined that Jax would be where he is today. We didnt expect him to be able to run, or be with like peers in school. We certainly didnt expect him to have such a big personality either!

This year he wanted a dance party for his birthday party. So I rented out a venue.. and I was his DJ. He chose all his own songs. Lights, Music and an Ice Cream Bar - He was the happiest boy ever!

Happy Birthday Jaxson, you are a miracle, a blessing, and my sweet little boy who I love so much!
