90 Day Challenge with It Works

Part of my new years resolution or better stated commitment is to have better physical health. So I have started off with the 90 Day Challenge.

I think commitment is not one of my finer points. Typically when it comes to myself. I am married, so obviously I can make commitments. But when it comes to something that is about me, it usually gets looked over. I come last, and I am going to start trying to make sure that I allow myself to be first from time to time.
