I work hard for the money...

Hard for the money (yes sing it out)!

I will admit, my job may not be easy, but it is nearly always exciting and fun. Above is from backstage at the Fluffy concert. I am apparenlty the only perosn who didnt know who "Fluffy The Comedian" was. Honestly I dont care. I hear things all the time, but it is just background noise anyway.

So far my summer has been busier than ever! Literally the busiest we have ever been. Which means I have had less time for the pool and my deck. However, I love my job... so it isnt too bad.

I typically end up in VIP, or backstage positions. I handling the scheduling and often placemnt of staff. But I want everyone to know that I do not personally put myself in those positions. EVERY time I end up in a place like that, it is specifically due to the owner wanting me there.

Truthfully, I dont care. I prefer being in the more complex and difficult locations. Due to my PR and CS skills, these locations typically have me dealing with current, future, and potential clients.

That being said, they are not typically the busiest locations. Therefore I find myself a bit bored. I like the madness!

But, my VIP's love me, so I come back. There are particular events I do not work. For no reason, other than they are a bit further from my home, and I work in the office. So I try to limit my on site work to the events that I perosnally manage. There are quite a few of those, so when I am not in charge of an event, I like to try to fit in some time off. This doesnt always happen. But the owner knows that I will come in for special situations. Such as really large events with very important VIP's.
